Scandic Built Radiant is a patented and tested hydronic radiant heat flooring system that can increase your home’s heating efficiency as well as the efficiency of the construction process. Our system’s large surface area provides for an even, comfortable warmth without the dryness or airborne particles of forced air systems.
It is well-suited to new construction projects, but can also be used in renovations. The flexibility of our system allows for customized installations, maximizing surface area. It is not a contiguous installation, so each room can be controlled individually.
Due to its conductivity, the system allows for a lower water temperature, increasing heating efficiency. The installation of the system directly into the subfloor eliminates the need for an additional temporary protection layer during construction, reducing building costs.
